Hands; Forearm flexor muscles relaxation

Forearm extensor muscles; Upper limb flexor muscles relaxation

Move slowly along the muscles from the back wrist to the elbow; from the elbow to shoulder. (Avoid the inside of biceps, which has nervus medianus).

Triceps muscles; Deltoids muscles relaxation

Move slowly along the muscles of the arm; along the muscles of the shoulder (Anterior deltoids, Medial deltoids, Posterior deltoids). Keep the massage head perpendicular to the muscles.

Pectoralis major & pectoralis minor muscles; Trapezius muscles relaxation

Move slowly along the muscles of the upper chest and the lower part of the collarbone; along with the muscle of the sides neck and shoulder. Keep the massage head perpendicular to the muscles.

Lateral scapula muscles; Medial scapula muscles relaxation

Move slowly along the muscular path from upper back to the shoulder; along the muscular path of medial scapula muscles back and forth. Keep the massage head perpendicular to the muscles.

Latissimus dorsi & Thoracolumbar fascia muscles; Erector spinae muscles relaxation

Move slowly along the muscular path of the lower back; along the muscular path of the sides muscle groups of the spine. (Don’t hit the bone directly). Keep the massage head perpendicular to the muscles.

Gluteus maximus muscles; Iliotibial band muscles relaxation

Move slowly along the muscles from the lower lumbosacral to the upper thigh. Move slowly along the muscles of the outer side thigh. Keep the massage head perpendicular to the muscles.

Quadriceps muscles; Inner thigh muscles relaxation

Move slowly along the muscles of the front thigh; along the muscle of the inner thigh. Keep the massage head perpendicular to the muscles.

Hamstring muscles; Tibialis anterior muscles relaxation

Move slowly along the muscles of the back thigh to the hip; along the anterolateral muscles of the lower leg. Keep the massage head perpendicular to the muscles.
